One of our most iconic restorations, 4826 Worth Street was brought back to life with both design excellence and soulful intention. Each room pays homage to the home’s history, while showcasing high-end finishes, thoughtful layouts, and custom touches.
This soulful renovation in the heart of Swiss Avenue showcases timeless beauty, intricate craftsmanship, and design that honors the historic roots of Dallas' most iconic boulevard. Kristen Martin Group brought this Prairie-style home back to life with vision, intention, and reverence.
On this particular renovation I received a contract the first day on market. I received $277 a sq foot on this home, at the time this price per sq ft was the height of the market, this home value shifted the market in this area to receive higher values per sq ft.
Before and after on a home I received 600k for. This home was so special to my rehab portfolio. This Peak Suburban neighborhood had never reached a value of this magnitude. Receiving this price in this neighborhood brought many investors behind me, that restored more homes, which in turn helped save this subdivision. Allowing me to save a community and the values it embodies. Sending me on my course to my Real Estate Soul’d journey, and my love of saving homes.
